Shipping
- Order processing: orders placed Monday to Thursday are processed on the next business day.
- Delivery time: typically 3–5 business days within mainland Spain (may vary by courier and destination).
- Shipping cost: €1.99. Free shipping on orders of €25 or more.
- Tracking: when your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the subject “Order completed” including a note with your Correos tracking code (código de bulto). Use it to track your parcel at correos.es.
- Friday/weekend/holiday orders: processed on the next business day.
Returns
- Window: you can return any product within 30 calendar days from delivery.
- If defective or incorrect item: we cover the return shipping cost and arrange an exchange or refund.
- Changed your mind: you may return it with shipping at your expense. Once received in good condition, we’ll issue the refund.
- Item condition: please return products complete and, when applicable, with original packaging and accessories.
