DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The User’s personal data will be actively processed while they remain a User of www.fisiokit.com; that is, until they revoke their consent or exercise their right to cancel, erase, or object to any specific purpose. If consent is revoked or rights of cancellation or erasure are exercised, data will be blocked and retained in a restricted manner at the disposal of competent authorities for a period of 3 years to address any potential responsibilities arising from the processing.
